The room charge is non refundable.

If you cancel the booking, however we will allow you to re- book the same function within 6 months from the date you cancel.
Identification may be asked to be seen at any time during the function due to licensing laws, please notify your guests.
With an 18th or 21st a £100 cash bond is required 7 days before the function date
